“Mistakenly followed the postcode on email ( no signpost for plane parking at the roundabout or certainly didn’t see one) ended up having to go through pickup/drop off at a cost of £8.50.
Then when headed towards the long stay car park which we then seen the plane parking sign so headed towards that and on arrival the car park was full. HELP!!! Spoke to the guy on the intercom who told us to head to the long stay car park and he will get us in there
After scanning the long stay for about 10mins we got a space at J1 section(right at the far end). With no shuttle at this car park We unloaded and set off on a trek across the car park with our 2 huge cases, 2 whinging children and a nagging wife. After about a good 10min run we made it .
Return wasn’t too bad other than the walk back to the car and on exit coming up with a fee of £340 for our parking which was quickly sorted by the bloke on the intercom
Otherwise a pleasant experience . Maybe next time I know to follow sign towards the long stay car park and allow a bit more time”
“Only 2 bus stops in the very large car park - bus driver did stop for us near the entrance, but he as a bit grumpy about it !
Entrance didn't recognise my Registration (again - happened last time) and tried to get me to pay again on exit.”
“Honestly I have made a mistake by parking in the wrong parking lot, it was genuinely because I followed the instructions on maps. The gentleman whom let me out was very helpful and understood the issue, a great customer service and can't thank him enough.”
“Easy to find, well signed car park. I got parked and was on the bus to the terminal within 5 minutes. Similarly, on my return there was a bus waiting to go and I was back at my car wthin 15 minutes of collecting my luggage.
A tremendous service, great value and I will be using it again.”
