“Once inside the multi-storey, we would give it 5 stars. The reason we awarded 4 was on the last two occasions we have been unable to enter or leave without pressing the assistance button. The assistance staff are very helpful but it is still annoying and a bit stressful to have to go through this.”

“The correct entrance is impossible to find. Had to go through 3 different car parks and around the one way system to get to the multi storey. Google maps can't find the enterance and road signs aren't clear.
People I was traveling with had to do the same. On leavingthe barrier indicated me to pay £400 even though I was prepaid. Night and day compaired to Glasgow Airport.”
