“It was unclear what to do on arrival with gates not opening for people and the expectation from instructions that our pre booking would mean our reg plate was recognised.
The facility itself and link to fast track was fab. However on exit I had to pay another 80 quid or ou wouldn’t let me out. Nobody answered the intercom. I have emailed to ask for my 80 quid back but no reply yet have been sent two surveys. Would not use again.”

Car Park very busy but signage helps in informing availability on each level.”
“It was very easy being able to park right next to the terminal & use the Fasttrack service. I arrived at 06.45 & did not return until 01.45 as flight back was delayed, so having had such a long day I was so pleased I could get into my car within minutes of walking out of the terminal, rather than having to wait for buses etc.”
