“Perfect option for a long weekend. Being so close to the terminal was a bonus. No long walks and no buses to wait on. With the free hour parking for the twilight drop off the night before and the 5 passes included for the fast track security what's not to like. Already needed for my next trip. Reasonably priced too”

Came back from holiday and was horrified to find that my ticket showed a payment of over £790 was due.
Spoke to chap in booth at car park told me to just go to gate and give reg plate. I did that and person opened barrier.
Feedback - prepayment system doesn’t seem to be tied to payment machines.”
