“I arrived at the multi storey carpark on the 18th February and the barrier failed to lift to allow me access to the parking cars started to line up behind me which was embarrassing & we pressed the button for help. We were asked for our registration number ( not an unreasonable question ) however I have access to six vehicles so I only know a few so I didnt know. The response was " you dont know your reg number" in a rather angry voice. I responded "please dont get angry at me" I did offer the order ID WV1TZK880 but that was declined before eventually I managed to give the Reg No and the barrier finally lifting allowing me and the other cars behind me access. There was no opology given by your operatator. On my return on the 25th I entered my parking card into the machine and the barrier failed to lift & demanded a £28 fine for an overstay at this point I assumed I had inputted the wrong time in when I initially booked, however when I checked the paperwork I hadn't the attendant eventually lifted the barrier without charge, again no apology was offered. Most disappointed”
“If you have hand luggage only, this is a super-efficient way to park and clear security in minimum time. Got parked on level 2 and took the dedicated walkway to the Fastrack Security entrance and was in Departures within 5 minutes. Perfect!”
“Great location, could not get closer than this to the airport itself. It's also covered, so no need to worry about the rain.
If I can find any fault at all, it's that the fast trak bridge straight to departures was not signposted well once in the car park itself. Took us a few minutes to locate. It's like it's a secret entrance. And once through the bridge no sign to say which way, but now I know, I'd definitely use it again.”
