“Parking and entry fine but last two times there was trouble as my card not recognised and machine wanted £786 first time and this time £460 but after talking on intercom it was fixed quickly
Only this was problem otherwise all fine
Though prices have gone up in last year!”
“Very difficult to find a space despite being pre booked. Neon signs in each floor showing spaces available but there were none. Eventually found one on top floor. Perhaps rectify signage and control access to ensure those who have pre booked actually get it.”
“Multi-Storey car park is well located a short distance to the departures and arrivals. Was busy tho and limited spaces to find over the floors.
Had an issue when leaving that the booking was not recognised and was asking for payment of £65. This was cheaper than I had pre paid for some reason. I had to contact the help desk who quickly rectified the matter and I was on my way. An unwanted delay at 2.30am tho. Overall expensive for the week but very handy location to the terminal.”
“This was our second visit this year to multi story parking. Both times it worked out perfect for us for close access to terminal. My wife uses a mobility scooter to get around the parking was perfect for us.
We will use this parking facility again this year.”
“Excellent location. Very disappointed to be parked on the roof and not undercover. There should be a reduce charge to be parked outside. I chose this car park assuming I would be undercover.”
