“Parked here for 30 hours and payed £44 to do so. On leaving the car park it asked me for a further £110 to get out the barrier. So I would never use the car parks again at this airport”
“Booking process simple and easy, access to car park simple and easy, [erfect location but this is the second time in 2 weeks that when I left and put my card into the machine it has not registered and said I owe 150 first time and 315 last Friday, all resolved quite quickly when speaking to attendant but please sort your system out, v frustrating to get this”
“If was fine from when I was leaving. I put my ticket into the machine in exit and there was a message stating that I owed £130!! However I pressed the call button and a nice man let me through. I found out afterwards that my brother had had the same problem”
“Easy to access the parking - the only problem I repeatedly have is that ANPR doesn't always catch my Registration Number and this slightly delays my exit. Used two different cars with standard number plates so it doesn't appear to be the car as an issue. Apart from that, it's good to sue and the fast track included in the multi-storey is an added bonus”

“The multi-storey parking is excellent, easy access to the terminal, I pay in advance on the Edin airport website. . I always use it. However, when I came out and entered my ticket, it asked me for £135! I had to call for help, and the gate then opened. Why did the system not recognise my pre-payment?

“The service at the Multi- Storey gets worse and worse. I park there most weeks and every week the machine doesn’t recognise my number plate and I have to talk to someone to be let out of the car park. Last week was so bad that there was a queue to get out with one person on the line trying to deal with everyone trying to exit. It took me 15 minutes to get out. I don’t think this is acceptable - do you?”
“Parking is ok but I have had to contact the service desk on my last two visits as there appears to be an issue with the prepayment system, being asked to pay £180.00 when trying to exit the car park.”
