“Parking was fine - disappointing to get all the way across the bridge before finding the door to security locked with no signs at any point to say that it was, thus wasting quite a bit of time!”
“Multi Storey parking excellent, my only quibble is that although I follow the instructions provided by email with respect to ticket collection, the last 3 times I have used it I have needed to ring the intercom on exit as the ticket did not recognise that the car was booked and pre-paid and came up with a message asking for payment. Luckily on both occassions there has not been anyone stuck behind me as this was sorted over intercom, but not sure why this is not working smoothly as my numberplate was clearly identified.”
