“Long story short was charged £455 for a week long stay when already paid for week ticket would not let me leave carpark pressed buzzer to speak to someone and i got out ok , but if this was an elderly person i think they would panic and pay the fine ? Basically this should not happen”
“Parking is convenient and handy, however the luggage trolley situation is nothing short of a farce. Due to the current system trolleys are non existent in the multi storey or abandoned due to the non return of the deposit. Usually they are found posing a hazard in parking bays. Bring back trolley return areas with refunded deposits and this would be a 5* review.”
“Very short distance from the terminal building which you can enter without going outside. Fast track through security included in the price. No airport parking is cheap but location and fast track swing it for us every time.”
