“I would like to take a moment to thank the man behind the ‘help’ button upon trying to exit the car park and bring met with a request for £180 despite having prepaid. It transpired a digit had been transposed incorrectly from my reg.
The gentleman was helpful, polite and extremely ‘chipper’ considering it was after 2am following arrival of our flight from Budapest. You sir were a delight, take a bow.

“Edinburgh Airport parking staff are one of the most friendly and professional airport teams in the UK. We were delayed coming back to the UK by over 24 hours one year and through my telephoning the team from abroad, they were able to extend our stay at no extra cost - which took away a lot of stress and financial worry at the time. On my recent trip back, last week, the car park team member let us leave the car park an hour later with no extra cost, as again, our flight had been slightly delayed back to Edinburgh. Good discounts are always being offered via email for parking, which is great too. The only point I would raise on the negative side, is that it seems a shame that no shuttle buses are running at the moment, thus resulting in a 12 minutes walk from the long stay car park - this might be a challenge for those with walking difficulties who have lots of luggage. On the plus side, I'm guessing that the current absence of shuttle buses is probably outside the control of the Edinburgh Airport parking team. All-in-all, it is this team that makes me always want to book Edinburgh airport for my flights, over any other in the region - many thanks everyone once again - DCM”
