“For the most part it was unremarkable (which is excellent!) but what stood out was how helpful your staff are. I arrived at night after a 10-hour flight…then being stuck in the Dublin airport evacuation…delayed flight to Ed…missing bags…and then the ticket wouldn’t let me out of the car park. When I pressed the intercom button the response was immediate, friendly and helpful. I am really grateful for that after a very long day!”
“I must admit that initially I was apprehensive to use the carpark at the Airport, but after a bit discussion with my wife, I am really glad I did. I looked for conformation about the parking at the Multistory carpark at Edinburgh, which I recieved all the details I required. This was a great help for as and I was plesently surprised how close the carpark was near to our checking points. This assisted us with my daughter who is in wheelchair greatly. I will definitely be using this service again, and the staff were great also”
