“Every single time I park here though I drive to the barrier and it says "£xxx amount due" I then press the intercom to then wait for a few minutes tell my story of it's not letting me out for the gentleman behind the intercom to then open the barrier.”
“No issues on arrival but when leaving the barrier would not raise and said I had an unpaid balance of £170 despite having prepaid. The chap I spoke to was very helpful and fixed the problem within seconds. Great service.”

Have spoken to the guy in the office at the Multi-Storey terminal exit he said he gets complaints all the time but no one does anything about it.
