“Parking is ideal for short visits, in my case London, where you do not want to spend more time than necessary on the overall journey. Access to fast track security from the car park helps reduce time otherwise lost”
“Car park is ok, would benefit from the over head signs displaying the number of spaces available on each floor actually working. You do have to drive around each floor searching when they have a system to make this easier but it never works.”

“Very easy system and the process is just as easy. Arrive at airport, take ticket at entrance, drive to multi story, insert ticket and barrier opens. Park car go on holiday.. come back and insert ticket at exit barrier and away you go. Very seamless . Thank you”
“Could very much benefit from clearer access signage at the roundabout, free spaces indicators would be helpful instead of just the empty capacity numbers also full capacity correctly monitored and restricted to avoid time wasted touring through all floors of the multi-storey several times along with many others looking for a scarce non-indicated space before finding one.”

“Chaos. The second barrier at the multi-story carpark was not working, jammed open so I (and others) entered. When it came to leave several cars were jammed up at the exit barrier as the system wanted full price, despite our having prepaid. You know the reg number, you know it’s prepaid, why does the system need tickets at all?”
Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Stayed for long weekend in June in multi story. East to access, east to get to fast track security and jump the queues. Overall experience was good. Only downside was that it was really expensive.”
