Pre booked space, directions on signage is not very clear. Should have ANPR and not a paper card to get out of parking.

VRS Safe and Secure. I would recommend this parking to anyone looking to leave their car at the airport when going away, it was fast and easy and plenty of space available. I booked my stay online after i had booked a holiday and it was quick and easy to do. I booked t(e multi-storey for convenience more than anything as I was travelling with an elderly woman so it mad it a lot easier to drop the car right at the terminal. I arrived early at the airport and was still able to get into park without any hassle I just drove up to the gate and it produced me a ticket and let me in, on my return 11 days later the car was safe secure and damage free so I was very happy, I packed up the luggage and drove down to the exit gate produced the ticket I received when I arrived and the gate opened and that was me. So happy I booked and will again when I fly from Edinburgh.

Tariffs shouldn't change. Putting up the price of your parking by 100% at peak holiday times is unjustified and nothing short of sheer greed in taking advantage of customer’s needs. You don't do anything differently at these times which would incur additional cost to you so why are you happy to rip off your customers? The admin service you provide is a complete joke. There is no way of cancelling a booking other than by email. Even when a flight has been cancelled by an airline that you let operate out of your airport. You add to customers inconvenience in these circumstances by making them jump through hoops and ask that they provide evidence of the cancelation. Why can’t you check if the flight was cancelled, its your airport, surely you should know these things? Why don’t you provide customers with a Vat receipt when confirming the bookings rather than an unnecessarily long email with the total at the bottom? This is not good enough and just plain laziness on your behalf. I really hope that you are taken to task at some point for your over charging and inadequate service.

Our pricing is dynamic and continually changes based on many different factors such as demand, occupancy and lead time making it possible for the pricing to change from booking to booking however, we offer competitive pricing against other providers. You can cancel your booking via the 'manage my booking' page that is linked on your booking confirmation. This was overall an excellent experience which I would highly recommend. First major positive is the value vs other airports compare the prices and you will see. The second was the proximity to the terminal. The third was the fast track. This was brilliant. Clearly signposted from level 2 . We went through what seemed to be a warren of corridors all clearly signed and came out at the fast track security point . It was like flying by private jet, so fast and efficient was the whole process. The return was easy inserted the ticket and the barrier lifted and off we went . About 5 mins from arrivals to exit barrier. Thank you
