When I left after the 2 days, the machine on exit said I owed £170 and would not lift barrier - despite me pre-paying. The help button worked well and the person I spoke to asked for car Registration, then lifted the barrier. But this should have been automatic.
The fast track pass is very useful.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“Really disappointed about the signs and instructions to get into this building even tried to get in throw google night before but ended up going throw dip off at bottom of building and no way of getting upstairs or back out without having to pay still getting lost after leaving drop off mags to pay £5 to get out really frustrating to find once in ok but did not need the pressure before going on holiday come on Edinburgh better signs please”
