“Multi Storey Car park was full so couldn’t use it. Had to reverse out from barrier and find parking elsewhere. After the holiday upon leaving they tried to charge me £180. I had to speak to someone through the intercom before the barrier was raised. Poor experience.”

As the multi-storey car park was full, our ANPR system would have not recognised your car registration in another car park, therefore you would have been charged the non pre booked rate upon exiting. I am glad you managed to press the intercom and a member of our car parking team was able to assist you on this occasion.
