“Very disappointed that we struggled to find a disabled parking space, as there was so many cars parked in these spaces without a disabled badge. I paid alot more for the multi storey car park as I'm a disabled driver also travelling with a disabled child, and yet we still struggled to get a disabled space. I wouldn't have minded so much if the cars parked in disabled spaces actually had disability badges but they did not and we checked every floor.”

Blue Badge spaces are available on a first come first served basis however, if ever faced with the same problem in future, please ring the intercom at the exit barrier and our team will provide a suitable alternative.

“It was alll fine apart from paying 2 x £7 fast track fee only to find that is included in the multi storey price. No easy way to contact you about this. Will be using someone else next time. Disappointing.”

“Straight forward service until driving out. Machine said I was due another £75 and the driver opposite had the same problem until we called and gave our name and registration number.”
“The multi-storey car park is great inside and to exit, but a little mis-guided to find the entrance. The signage on approach to the car park is good up until the last 100yards - we couldn't see a sign on a post to enter the correct lane and nearly went into the coach parking, if it wasn't for someone spotting a sign painted on the ground we would have missed it. Once we got up to the ticket machine it was all very easy and I think reasonably priced for a 4-day trip.”
