“simple easy booiking site and access to car park , however everytime i use the online platform on my exit a charge always appears normally £355 as i holiday for a week , you have to buzz for help even though you have paid up front in full , very frustrating also happens at Glasgow Airport .”

I'm pleased to hear that you found the booking process and entering the car park easy. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“Very good, very efficient and totally painless. It's probably just me.....but following the directions to the multi-storey is trickyish. I'm aware of the multiple signs but I still get it wrong, particularly finding the final gate. However, it's worth every penny to be so close to the terminal. So thank you!”
“information and directional signage could be better both to and from the terminal to the car park. Upon return we ended up on the ground floor of the terminal and had to walk accross into the car park to take the lift..............no signage to the connecting tunnel ???”
“All went well until my ticket failed to open the gate . The person on the intercom was very helpful and found my booking in na few seconds , apologised for the problem and opened the gate . Great service !”
“Everything went according to plan, I found a parking space on level 3 and used the direct access to fast track security. On our return we used fast track passport control and made our way to level 3 in the multi storey and left the airport in less than 20 minutes from landing.
Definitely worth the cost.”
