“Prepaid for multi storey but when I got there car reg wasn’t recognised. Needless to say on way out I was asked to pay £205 for 4 days.
Fortunately I was helped by staff through intercom system but not what I needed at 1am. All was ok but more just a concern for a few days while on holiday as I thought this might happen on exiting.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

I actually accidentally ended up booking the wrong time and spoke to Rachel in customer services who managed to make a small amendment to my booking, which was incredibly helpful and was very appreciative of this. Spot on service. Would recommend to everyone!”
