Parking is great really easy and straight forward. When I got back to my car I had a flat tyre, two men in reception didn't help at all, shame as the parking had been great and I'm sure I wasn't the first person to have a flat tyre there.

Really disappointed that the Fast Track security was listed as part of the deal offerred but on arrival it was closed from level 2...

Hello Nick, Thank you for your review. Our fastTRACK facility is available each day from 0400 – 1900 and is accessible via the multi-storey car park bridge, located on the 2nd floor, or via the main security entrance. Everyone using the facility, regardless of age, must be in possession of a fastTRACK ticket or booking confirmation (multi-storey car park bookings come with fastTRACK access for 5 people as standard). Prepaid for multi storey but when I got there car reg wasn’t recognised. Needless to say on way out I was asked to pay £205 for 4 days. Fortunately I was helped by staff through intercom system but not what I needed at 1am. All was ok but more just a concern for a few days while on holiday as I thought this might happen on exiting.

Hello Kirsty, It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
