“Our stay at the multi storey car park worked very well. We have used it once or twice in the past but the last time was some years ago so we were rather unfamiliar withthe layout.
The main issue I would raise is the lack of signage to direct users to the direct bridge to the terminal. We parked on the first level so had to go up two floors, if I remember correctly, to access that passage. It would have been helpful if, for example, the lift panel had marked the appropriate level. We were also rather lost on the way back. The signage to the exits for arriving passengers - especially to the multi storey - was not very clear and we were a bit lost, being very tired in the early hours of the morning. We had to ask an employee for directions.
It would seem to be an easy thing to fix.”
