“We love using ths parking multi but i think its getting really expensive. A couple of times when leaving we've had to press for help as we always pay for our stay but to get a note saying we need to pay over £200 good job help is at the end of a button.
If you dont mind paying the expensive amount then id reall recommend the multi storey carpark”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.
