“It was easy to book and instructions were good, only bit of confusion is once your in the car park how to get to the entrance for going into multi storey, but not to much of a problem
Once you get a space, it's well marked for finding your car on return, lift takes you down and couple of yards across the road and your there

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.
