As advised in our terms and conditions, if you enter out with the pre-booked time you will be charged the drive up and park rates for the overstayed time as this time was not pre-booked. If you exited on 02/09/24 at 02:00 this means that you exited 24 hours later than planned therefore the charge would be correct.
