“We are in out mid/late seventies and Multi-storey parking is convenient, for work and vacation. We booked a three week slot to cover a late August visit to friends and family in Australia, not expecting any problems until British Airways cacelled our flight home from Sydney at 17 hours notice after we had checked in. BA rebooked our return flight for 3 days later which created an immediate problem with our Multi-storey booking. Rachael and her colleagues gave clear guidance on making an additional booking and staff at the Multistorey were immediately helpful when we arrived.”
