“I always use the multi-storey car park, for the convenience of being able to walk straight into fast track security.
Two improvements I would like to see:
~A better system of entering fast track security, which can sometime be longer than the main queue.
~Some maintenance or an upgrade to 'spaces available' board when entering the car park, which never seems to work.”
“BA cancelled my flight home from London and, as a result, I had to stay in London overnight. My car was parked in the multi - storey car park. I was very stressed when I landed and has a lot to sort out. The guys at the car park helpdesk were fantastic - really helpful and understanding. These guys really do know how to do great customer service.”
