“Getting through the barriers at entry and exit were as smooth as usual. There was some frustration, however, in finding a place to park. Floors 3-5 all had 50+ free spaces, but they were roped off for no apparent reason. With the free spaces indicator showing the numbers it meant driving around each floor in order to establish that in fact there were NO free spaces. Plenty of spaces on the top deck of course, but very frustrating that I had to drive round each of the three lower floors in a fruitless search for a space. And it would help customers if there were some indication of why so many spaces were roped off.”
“Its a very convenient facility and I always appreciate the fast getaway when I return from a trip rather than the fastrack access ironically. The ticketing can be glitchy though and for the second time in maybe 4 trips I was faced with an enormous bill at the barrier, despite booking. I then had to find the booking code etc etc. The operator was incredibly polite and helpful and the matter was sorted quickly, but it is a pain at the end of a long trip.”
“The stay was good, we got an ideal space close to the elevators.
The price was reasonable for parking close to the airport pedestrian entrance.
Sadly, when we came to exit, the "system" lost our booking so that we could not leave without being asked for a very large payment even though I had pre-booked and pre-paid.
Luckily, the gentleman on the intercom was understanding and allowed us to leave. So all good in the end.”
“I booked a daily ticket but unfortunately I chose my departure as 11am from car park return time instead of 2300 hours and was charged an additional £35.”
