“Car was safe but absolutely filthy on our return Covered in a dirty oily sandy scum. Took 2 car washes to remove this. Having used this car park numerous times we have never had this issue. Seriously concerned as to what this scum was. Will definitely reconsider using multi-storey again based on this issue.”
“I had a problem when trying to access the multi-storey car park, when the second barrier didn't recognise my ticket. The help function communication got the barrier raised, but my ticket was retained - which led to a further delay on my return. Staff were helpful but the delays were frustrating and un-necessary.”
