“This was the 3rd time we have used the multistorey parking at Edinburgh Airport and we find it very easy to use. We did have a problem with the ticket machine on the way out but the guy who answered the call button was very helpful and sorted the problem for us.”
“Fast track security is a nice added bonus using the multi storey. As with anything related to airports, not exactly cheap but paid for the convenience & proximity to the terminal building.”

However , if you were new to this , the set up is awful, badly signed as to where the fast track is. On approach , the barrier screen said 'wrong car park' so caused me mild panic for a few seconds. Otherwise a good service,.just needs better signage.”
“All good as usual except for when we try to exit we are always getting a message that we owe money this has ranged from £200 - £1,000, so we always have to buzz person on duty and go thru the process of identifying car reg, etc before we can exit car park. (this is always on a prepaid ticket) very frustrating to say the least.”
