“Directions were easy to follow to find midstay and reasonably easy walk to the airport - although the walk to check in terminal is much further.
On departure, we arrived to the car and left before our scheduled time - but at the gate we put in the ticket and it wanted us to pay £120, despite the stay being prepaid.
That was very stressful with 3 tired kids in the back.
We had to call for assistance and it delayed our departure from the car park.”
“ANPR didn't work on entry or exit. The operator on entry was very abrupt (verging on rude) and on the way out there was a queue of 6 cars all unable to reach the operator. When the operator eventually answered the intercom he was less than helpful. Spoiled a pretty seamless and smooth arrival into EAL.”
