Wasn’t happy when put ticket in to leave car park and was told was due £270 paid upfront this should not happen

Was within quick walking distance of the terminal. Despite having a charge on leaving the car park a quick call to the attend resolved the issue in seconds

Charged £170 on exit when leaving despite having pre paid £46.99 for parking. Assistance button on barrier wasn’t working so the only way to leave the car park was to pay the £170. Not a nice welcome home after our flight had already been delayed. Would not recommend.

Easy 5-10min walk from terminal. Drive in, take ticket, don't lose ticket while on holiday, return to car after holiday, ticket in machine, drive away. Simple.

Couldn’t clearly see what carpark to go into but followed what I thought was the correct site. Took a ticket to open the barrier as it wouldn’t open automatically. On leaving the barrier wouldn’t open so assume I was in the wrong car park. Did get out by pressing the button to speak to someone.

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
