“Unfortuniately I made an error on our dates for the two cars I booked in, I was a day short, genuine error on my part, to be charge £60 per car for this I find disgusting, I have used the official parking many times however and if using the airport again I will look at alternative parking of arrange drop-off.
In terms of the actual car park its not a pleasant walk in the cold and wet, it's more than 5 minutes if you can't get a space at the entrance.”
“Despite pre-booking the anpr didn't recognise the plate and when we left ticket said we owed £170!! We spoke to a very unhelpful chap who took our registration then no contact but a about 2 or 3 mins later the barrier opened. I knew it would be ok but if I were elderly or foreign I would have had no clue. Very poor customer service. That said, for once we managed to get a space relatively easily”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.
