“The big issue I had was when I arrived back in Edinburgh from having a lovely time away. Got my car within the time I paid for. However leaving, I was shocked to see that I had to pay £150 for the parking (which I had already paid for). I didn’t get to the bottom of the issue but the guy on site I spoke to sorted things out very quickly!”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Mid stay car park was good due to the short walk to the terminal. However, I was charged an additional £20 on exit due to the 10 hour flight delay which was a bit excessive in my opinion.”

If you have overstayed your car parking booking you will be subject to the pay the non pre booked rate upon exiting the car park.

“Parking space are not big enough and on my return my car was in water of 15 cm aprrox, it came over my shoes to get in the car. The drains required to be cleaned out”
