“We use this whenever we fly from Edinburgh About a 5min walk to the airport so nice and handy. Easy to book and reasonably priced. Number plate recognition means you are in and out easily without having to faff around with tickets.”

Then went to the next one, assuming this was the correct car park, to be told upon exit I owed almost £500.
Signage and posting is very very poor. Extremely hard to follow which is correct and which isn't.
Designed to almost create money from travellers who try to make an honest booking and pay as required.
Won't be looking to book via official on site parking going forward if travelling via Edingburgh airport in future.”
“I made a genuine mistake with the time of my parking (which was easy done ) and incurred a £60 fine. Despite pre booking the parking and paying over £100 for a 2 week stay and going over slightly and explaining to the member of staff who then just ignored us. After a long day travelling, with kids and being delayed. It was poor customer service and we are loyal returning customers never again. Actually disgusted by their greed and lack of compassion”
