“Principles of the Mid Stay is that you are a bit closer to the terminal than the Long Stay but it’s a bit of a bummer when the Mid Stay is so full you end up parking a few inches away from the Long Stay as the only spaces left are at the dividing fence.”

“Normally very good but this time bit of a mess. Prebooked. Arrived to find full sign up. Could see empty places. Called on intercom to get in and they had trouble finding booking. Eventually got in. Coming out card went in and machine wanted £320. Explained to operator and eventually told to remove ticket and barrier would rise. Nothing happened. Called operator,who was different one, and had to explain again. Eventually let out. Luckily was afternoon and not late at night. Have had problems in past and they have been dealt with quickly with no delay but this was not up to usual high standards. Will use again but just be ready that if there is a problem getting in, there will probably be be another one getting out!”
Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.
