“Despite having pre-booked parking, got there and the car park was full. No one answering machine at the barrier where i sat for 10 mins trying to get a response. Never managed to get one, but fortunately someone left and the barrier opened to let me in.
On leaving my pre-booking wasn't recognised so the barrier wouldn't let me out. Fortunately someone actually answered the buzzer this time, found my booking and let me out. Not exactly a smooth error free experience.”
“You need to renew parking space paint. It makes it very haphazard and leads to poor parking. Though I understand why the exit is very tight, it is just too neat for bigger cars.”
“As a contractor conducting work on behalf of the Airport - to be charged astronomically high charges for a few hours of work is ridiculous. Other airports have contractor-specific parking but not here...beware!”
