“I’ve used mid stay parking several times always prepay booking. The exit gate doesn’t seem to recognise these bookings so I have to call the operator to get out of the barrier. Operators always very helpful but shouldn’t this just work automatically ?”
“I pre booked the parking but the receipt wasn’t clear as to what parking I had. I knew it was at the terminal but it wasn’t clear whether I could use the multi storey car park. I used the outdoor car park and really struggled to find a space. When I did I had to squeeze a brand new Mercedes’ into a space. When I returned from my trip the car was dented. Didn’t bother reporting as you will say the car is parked at my own risk. When I went to exit the barrier control said I had an outstanding balance. This was rectified when I called the assistant and was allowed to exit. Not the first time I have pre booked and this has happened.”
“This is an excellent, fairly priced place to leave your car. Within easy walking distance to the terminal, the only drawback is that the entry/exit is quite narrow, particularly for those with larger vehicles so take care. Otherwise, a great and convenient car park.”
