“Friendly helpful staff. Easy to park car and access the airport. Only problem was on leaving the car park. No one had told us what to do at the barrier and cars were building up causing us to panic a little.”
“This was the first time we have used FastPark at Edinburgh Airport.
It was seamlessly easy and there was an attendant to help you if you needed it.
When we arrived back at 2am we just scanned out ticket and the locker opened with our car key in it and gave us the location of our car, so we could find it easily.
I would recommend FastPark and will be using FastPark for future airport parking.”
“Overall, it's as easy just parking your car in the terminal surface or multi story car parks. Additionally, our return flight was delayed by around 2-hours, added to that, the abysmal length of time EDI baggage handlers take to offload luggage & load on to carousel, resulted in a £4.00 excess charge when egressing the car park.
Overall, I don't think I'll be using Valet Parking again.”

“Parking and Service is excellent. Only negative thing is that when you get your car back you need to take it to a car wash as it's been moved to a field or something during your holiday and is thick with dust!!!”
Thank you for your review. Vehicles which use the FastPark service are parked off-site at a secure location. We can only apologise if your car was dirty on your return but it is hard to prevent this as the vehicles are kept out in the open.
