This is my first time using FastPark.
After going through the 360° camera...a bit like driving through a car wash... a member of staff was on hand to guide me to my temporary parking spot then gave me instructions what to do after unloading and locking my car.
I deposited my key at the reception area and was given a receipt for my return and instructions from the member of staff what was required on my return.
On my return, I used the QR code on the receipt at the designated machine and was informed which locker my key was in. The row and bay number were on the receipt I got and it was easy to find my car.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Well done.

“Excellent and good value when compared to other options. Very slick and convenient and straight into the terminal for our flight.
The only tricky bit for us was finding the exit as we have only used Fastpark once before. Our car was up to top away from the entrance and it was dark. The one way systems and signage were hard to navigaate but that said perhaps there were signs that we missed!”
