“Everything went very smoothly. Easy to find the drop off point and register the car to drop off the keys.
Again, easy to collect the keys on our return. Very easy seamless process.
Only negative point was that our car smelt like someone had been eating fast food in it on our return. I can only assume the valet parking attendant ate his lunch in our car when moving it to the collection point.”
“A great system and very handy for the terminal. The only issue we had was when we were leaving the car park, we were met with barriers that we weren't expecting. We had no information on how to get through the barriers so there was a bit of panic whilst we checked our booking and cars started queueing behind us. However, as we approached the barrier, it opened straight away. I don't recall seeing anything in my booking to tell me of this so this information in advance would be helpful.”
“Great idea and really loved how close it is to the terminal. I think there were some technical issues - when we came in the monitor wasn't working and then when I was leaving (1am with a 1 year old due to baggage issues) the barrier wouldn't let me through it then asked me to pay an addition amount but luckily a mini bus full of your lovely staff followed me and let me through free of charge (i think it was £4 additional)”
“I erred with my booking and selected a pm start time rather than am. I noticed this in advance of the departure date and asked FastPark if I could amend. I was advised it could not be amended and that I would need to pay an additional £25 which was an additional 40% of the original booking fee. That doesn't seem like a positive customer outcome.”
