“Fast Park was so convenient, near the terminal for both going on our trip and returning. The return was easy as could be and we picked our keys up no bother. Car was in a good location and no damage had occurred, so all in all we were more than happy with our parking experience at Edinburgh Fast Park”
“Not that well signposted going in but staff were good. Be sure to arrive early because I was stuck in a queue for 20+ minutes behind older people who couldn’t work out how to use the check in screens. Once I actually got to the front of the queue it was an easy experience and collecting my car was really smooth. Also fab to be parked so close to the airport. Was disappointed to find that my seat and all of my mirrors had been adjusted when I got back though, have never had mirrors adjusted when someone is just in my car for a few minutes.”

While most of our customer find checking in at our FastPark kiosk easy, others may find it a challenge however there is always staff on hand to assist.
I understand the frustration caused by the changes made to your seat and mirror positions, especially when we know it can take some time to get the adjustments just right. However, our drivers all vary in height and for their safety when operating your vehicle, they must alter the seat and mirror positions.

“This was the first occasion we have used FastPark. Unfortunately, when exiting the FastPark collection area there is a set of barriers that took us about 20 minutes plus to get through due to traffic buildup caused by my many cars having issues getting through a barrier. When we did arrive at the exit barrier we found that the FastPark car park ticket/bar code was not accepted by the machine scanner. We contacted the barrier assistant who opened the barrier when he became aware we came from FastPark. I don't think we will be using FastPrack again in the future as having to wait so long at 03.00 approx ahead of a fairly long car journey is not acceptable. Pity, as up to that point it was a very good service with really friendly helpful staff.”

“Organised from when you arrive at the car park, staff waiting to greet you and guide you where to park. Then hand your keys into the desk . You then just tap into a machine your reg card and it gives you a number. When you you come back you type in the no, it open a drawer with your keys in it and a message where your car is parked. So organised we wouldn’t use anywhere else”
“Excellent service, the gentleman at Fastparj check in was very helpful and cheerful (even at 4 am in the morning) easy pick up of keys on return and relief that fact Park allows you 6 hrs free of charge delay as we were waiting for our cases in the baggage hall due to the baggage handlers on a go slow Baggage handlers 0/10.
FastPark 10/10. Would definitely recommend.”
“Name on website (Valet Park) and name on road signs (Fast Park) were different! Didn't help with finding where to go! Return flight details weren't logged correctly in your system making it hard to check in! On return, parked bay number was only displayed briefly making it hard to find the car. When exiting, the barrier wouldn't let me out, making it hard to leave! Nice concept, just very poorly executed.”
