“Luggage trolleys littered the narrow walkway to return to the car meant I had to walk amongst moving vehicles. Departure is not intuitive as you have to drive through multiple barriers as exit appears to be through another car park!! Confusing!”
“Would not scan my booking when I tried to drop my keys no staff around 15 min wait. On return could not get out of carpark as number plate was not scanning 10 min wait for staff. To get out the gave me a ticket to open the next barrier, I have to pay £4 at it. So very poor experience”
