“Service at FastPark was very good. Helpful staff at check-in. Some form on booking in for elderly passengers so the car isn't parked in the furthest away parking spot from the building would help. If this can be offered in future the rating would be 5 stars.”
“Convenient and stress-free parking, especially when arriving at odd hours! There were some issues with printing labels for pickup/key drop off, but there were staff on hand to resolve. Worth noting that the key collection can be a bit confusing, the key boxes don't self-close and you are faced with a decision on whether the key has been collected or not (from the previous customer!).... make sure they are all closed before you scan :)”
“There was a time error on my booking so it had me arriving 4 hours after my flight so had to pay an additional £24 this seemed excessive as my 17 day was only £75. Not a favourable impression at all”

We would only charge if you were out with your grace period, which would be either significantly early, or significantly after your booking. By this information I can confirm you were charged correctly.
As you mention there was a mistake in your booking time, we trust our customers to check if the information they have added to their booking is correct before they finalise their payment, or at the latest when they receive their confirmation, where amendments can be done up to 24 hours prior to a booking's start time.
