“All went well and as we'd used this service before we felt confident that all would be good however this time on our return we find our radio station had been changed, our WiFi was out of synchronisation and the sat navigation was set to go to Houston ind estate and return from the industrial estate, so no really 100% satisfied this time”
“Have used many times and have had no issues and been very happy with the easy process but unfortunately was disappointed coming back to car in a different parking space than stated on the key and even worse was a flat battery with no one around to assist. Never had any previous issues with the battery and thankfully a mother and daughter helped us with a jump start to get us going on the last leg of our trip home. Will use again as previous experiences has been brilliant but hopefully this doesn’t happen again to us or anyone else”
