“Absolute joke booked on line and when arrived at 5.50 am the code wouldn't work ? We presume shifts changed at 6am as we spoke to 2 guys changing shift and they both said 1 minute they never reappeared? It got so late we had to go out to the guy in the yard he helped us as we were laye for our flight . Plus we were not the only ones with this problem . Customer service was an absolute joke”
“This is an efficient and handy car park which I would use again. Initially, the process of having the car parked was confusing, and more pre-parking information would be useful. Picking up the car was straightforward. Using GoogleMaps for directions to the car park did not work well, and any improvement in signage would be welcome.”

The whole experience is 5star to being shown where to park by the very polite gentleman to speaking again to where you hand keys in to again a very polite gentleman to picking up my car. ALL 5STAR
