“I was charged for extra time due our flight time because it rolled in to a new day this should have not happed as it never flagged up when i made the booking”
“Easy to park if you follow the FastPark signage. The procedure for handing over the car keys could usefully be explained more fully in advance. Collection of keys on return worked well; it would help to show location of this on the return document. The car park position of the car for pick-up was scribbled on the back of the tag attached to the keys, which I was grateful to see, but it could be better advertised.”
“The service is brilliant. All workers are quick efficient and very helpful.
The one annoying thing I experienced was that it was booked a day behind when I arrived due to an overnight flight. I can’t remember the specifics of what I entered but I was pretty sure I entered my flight details so would suggest that the arrival date adjust to the when the flight arrives in local time or set a warning upon booking. This ended up with a 15 pound charge, which isn’t the end of the world but also quite annoying.”
