“I have used this facility on a few occasions now and have always had 1st class experience. Unfortunately on this occasion when I arrived back from holiday my car I was told wasn’t ready even though I could see it from reception. The ticket I had been given was for a Red Audi and my car is a Blue BMW. I have to say the staff on duty dealt with the matter very quickly and I was soon an my way. I will be using this facility again and won’t let this put me off.”
“Returned to the car and couldn’t get in as the car that was parked to us was parked terrible at an angle. Had to get a parking attendant to come and move car. Used the car park a few years ago and the handbrake was left off in the car. Not really sure if would ever use again.”
