“We departed UK to Thailand on 29/11 scheduled to return on 11/12. LGW however was snow bound and our next 4 booked flights were cancelled. We emailed fastpark to no response. Upon arrival on 13/12 due to no fault of our own we were charged a further £50. This is shockingly stupid as all flight cancellations were available to Edinburgh Airport parking. Will never use this service again and will sha re my views with all interested”

Thank you for your review. I can confirm on this occasion you were charged the correct amount due to exiting the car park past your booking. As the reason for this was because your flight was cancelled on short notice, I would encourage you to get in touch with your airline or travel insurance provider to enquire if you are eligible for a refund under their cover.
