“Left my car with FastPark for 7 days. They stored it in an unsupervised parking bay, during which time someone put in the region of 1000 GBP of damage into the bodywork.
FastPark boasts about "patrols" and "24 hour CCTV", but apparently that's not completely accurate; as per FastPark there was no CCTV on my car, and because the damage did not occur in a supervised area, FastPark claims not to be liable (even though they chose where to put my car and where to put their cameras).
I was only able to communicate with the one agent, and when I asked to speak with another he just wrote that the matter is "closed, with no ... avenue for escalation".
And that's my FastPark experience: it's good when it works, but it's not as reliable as it claims and the hidden costs can be substantial, and not just in money.”
