Easy to find, was plenty of parking spaces which was expected at this time of year.

Booking process was smooth, but experienced issues upon arrival and departure. No ticket issued on arrival despite online booking, requiring use of intercom. On exit, system incorrectly showed £140 outstanding balance, causing unnecessary stress. Staff member was polite and resolved the issue, but overall experience was frustrating due to these unexpected complications.

This most recent stay was okay but my previous one where I, in error made the booking for 1 day earlier than I should’ve done and I was charged £55 at the barrier, I was disgusted, have been using your car parks for many years but now trying to use other options, I think your charge for 1 day was verging on criminal.

Not a far walk and half the price of others. No brainer. Signage could be better to and from airport.

Parking was easy when I arrived but when I was leaving and put the card in a message said I owed £170 and gave me the option for paying. I then pushed the intercom to speak to someone but had to wait 5 mins because the operator was dealing with 2 cars in the next lanes to me.

Easy to find and sufficient available spaces. After snowfall there was lots of slush melting into large puddles. Some snow clearance would have prevented my feet getting soaked during the considerable walk from the far end of the carpark.

The car park itself is fine. The main problem is that the exit barrier never recognises that the car had been booked in and paid for in advance. Therefore, it tries to charge a large amount of money. The attendant at the other end of the intercom is always friendly and opens the barrier within a couple of minutes. However this has happened every single time I've used the long stay and the mid stay car park over the past 2 years - about 10 times.
