“All was fine till we tried to exit the car park at the end of our stay. The machine swallowed our ticket but the barrier didn't rise. In the dark it was hard to find the intercom. Finally we managed to speak to an attendant. First of all he couldn't understand our registration number then was unable to find our booking. He suggested we retrieve the ticket from the machine. How? He then seemed at a loss about how to proceed. He must have tried something because he asked if the barrier had risen. It hadn't. Eventually, without any further communication, the barrier rose. The whole process was a real hassle.”

Convenient. 10-12 mins walk to the main airport terminal.

“easy to book , easy to find although finding a space required a couple of minutes driving around.
Used the twilight checkin to checkin luggage night before and the 1 hour free parking very useful.
Good to see the walkway to terminal through mid term now a bit smoother for trolleys. Would benefit. from clearer signposting to exit. Good value for money when compared with two taxis from/to Edinburgh North.”
“Very convenient even parking further than half way is still only 12 minutes to terminal. Could probably do with a covered walk way for the future as you will get wet in inclement weather. Been lucky so far!”
